Find Anything Across Your Projects
The Global Search feature lets you search across all your projects in one place — annotations, drawings, comments, and file attachments.
How to Search
- Type your query into the search box in the top bar — it's the same on mobile
- Press Enter — the Search screen opens with your results
- To refine, edit the query on the Search screen and press Enter again
What You Can Search
- Annotations — Searches title, description, type, assigned person, and creator
- Comments — Searches comment text on any annotation
- Drawings — Searches drawing number and title
- Attachments — Searches file names attached to annotations
Search Results
Results are displayed as cards, each showing:
- A type badge — colour-coded by category (annotation, comment, drawing, or attachment)
- The matching text with context
- Status and priority badges for annotations
Tip: Search is case-insensitive and matches partial words. For example, searching "balcony" will find "Balcony Defect", "balcony railing", etc.
