Earn Recurring Commission for Every Customer You Send to Doclio

The Doclio Affiliate Program is open to content creators, consultants, agencies, and anyone with an audience in construction, project management, or the built environment. Affiliates earn cash commission on every subscription they generate, paid once you reach the payout threshold. Your commission rate and tracking terms are shown in the affiliate dashboard when you sign up.

The program is powered by Tolt, which handles click tracking, attribution, commission calculation, and payouts. You sign up through Tolt, not through Doclio directly.

Apply to Become an Affiliate

1. Visit the affiliate signup page: doclio.tolt.io
2. Fill in your details — name, email, payout method, a quick note about how you'll promote Doclio.
3. We review applications manually. Most decisions within 2–3 business days.
4. Once approved, you get access to the Tolt dashboard with your unique referral link, creatives, and real-time stats.

How Attribution Works

When someone clicks your Tolt referral link, a tracking cookie is set in their browser. If they sign up for Doclio and subscribe to a paid plan within the attribution window (shown in your affiliate dashboard), the conversion is credited to you. Attribution carries across the marketing site (docl.io) and the app itself (doclio.app) — users can land anywhere in the Doclio domain and you'll still get credit.

What's Commissionable

• Yes: Paid subscription plans (Growth, Business, Professional, Enterprise) — monthly and annual.
• No: AI credit top-ups (one-time $10/$25/$50 packs).
• No: Overage blocks (extra projects, drawings, storage purchased by existing customers).

Payouts

Commission accrues in your Tolt dashboard in real time. Payouts are issued automatically once your balance reaches the minimum threshold, via the payout method you set up at signup (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise depending on your country).

Promotion Rules

• No brand bidding. Don't run paid search or social ads targeting "Doclio" or close variations — we do that ourselves.
• Honest disclosure. Follow FTC / ACCC / local advertising law in your jurisdiction. Disclose affiliate relationships on posts, reviews, and comparison articles.
• No trademark or copyright infringement. Don't use the Doclio logo or screenshots in misleading ways. Tolt dashboard has approved creatives you can use freely.
• No incentivised clicks. Don't offer cash, gift cards, or rewards in exchange for clicking your referral link.

Violating these rules results in clawback of unpaid commissions and removal from the program.
